NEVER PURCHASE NANO HEARING AIDES
I ordered the Nano hearing aids in August 2022. After about 10 days of good use one came apart as I took it out of my ear.
After sending them back twice for repair or replacement they sent a defective pair. I requested my $257.00 money back as per their ads. They have refused to send me my money or a good pair of hearing aids. They say I broke them, which I did not but what about the warranty?
Do not waste your money!!
You never speak to a Supervisor just people that are told what to say NO. Nano is very poor quality and has zero warranty.

CAUTION!!! You will only want to purchase products from this company if you know you will never plan on returning for refund.
The purchasing and shipping process was good, and they promptly charged my credit card account. Once I determined that the hearing aids, I purchased were not going to work for me, I started the return/refund process. I followed up to confirmed that the hearing aids had been received and inspected by the return department. I then contacted the company to find out when I would be refunded (reminding them that they charged my account within minutes after I placed my order).
That was almost three weeks ago, and I still don't have my refund. Again, I CAUTION anyone considering purchasing products from this company.

My wife has been on me for years to get hearing aids. Since I was a child I have seen countless ENT specialists and hundreds of hearing tests all resulting in profound hearing loss.
Im fine if I can lip-read, or if someone is facing me, but otherwise it may be difficult.
In SEP 2022 I purchased the Nano CIC rechargeable aids. I was rather impressed...for about a week. I went to remove the right-side aid using their plastic string and the entire top of the aid came off and would not snap back on. It is now useless.
I wrote to Nano who sent me a return envelope which they acknowledged receiving near the end of September, however no communication from the folks at Nano at all.
I called Nano and they acknowledged receipt of my faulty hearing aids and gave me a separate phone number for their Returns Department.
Just send them an email explaining your situation, which I had already done and enclosed in the returned package.
After four, or so, emails back and forth they are claiming that I damaged the hearing aid. Removing the aid from my ear for the 50th time, I found them easy to remove until the red top cover came off along with the string.
Net/net, they want me to pay about $80 for the repair and sending it back to me when I clearly stated that if anything I purchase breaks in a week, I want a complete refund as stated on your website. They continue to say that I caused the damage!

Forget about the As a manufacturers warranty, this means that you will be fully covered for any manufacturing or design faults which impact negatively on your experience. This is a guarantee, however, were confident that you wont need to call for hearing aid repairs providing you use your hearing aids carefully.
Probably my fault for buying something cheap and expecting something that would last longer than a week.

I was robbed
One of the aids broke apart after two days of use. Nano would not refund until they inspected the item.
They sent me an RMA for return, but I had to pay shipping.
Two months later and I still have no refund or hearing aids. Do not buy anything from Nano!

I was misled about the product that I order. I still haven received my refund. Customer Service has not answered.
The aids were defective and declined a refund
horrible customer service. i received the hearing aids and tried them, the were defective when i first tried them.
the rigjht one was okay but the left one just squealed the whole time in had it in my ear. i tried to explain it to the rep and she told me what to try to get the aid to work, after doing what i was told to do. it still did not work, did not stop squealing. and then the antenna or whatever, fell off in my hand.
they acted like i did this on purpose. i did not. then to return them i had to pay shipping, and they refused to refund my money. and the only way they would give me a pair of aids was if i paid $79 for repairs for an already defective hearing aid.
i am a senior citizen and on a fixed income and this hurt terribly. and i also was afraid if i did pay $79 for the repairs, i was not responible for, they would send me the same defective hearing aid.

Failure to issue return authorization
i've been trying for a week or more to get authorization for a return of my hearing aids but their customer service refers me to another department and the call is dropped repeatedly. Customer service is worthless, no help so I assume they are stalling till the 45 day expiration

I was given these for Christmas. I have been trying for 3 days to talk to someone about returning for a full refund. Package has not been opened.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 3 DAYS TO GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT GETTING A FULL REFUN FOR THIS UNOPENED BOX. I DO NOT WANT THESE. WAS GIVEN THEM FOR CHRISTMAS.

I purchased a pair of the Nano Hearing Aids, within the first week of using them one came apart when I was removing it from my ear. The Nano Hearing Aids' company refuses to replace the defective hearing aid or refund my purchase.
Customer service is a complete joke, they can or won't do anything unless I pay an additional 78.00 dollars to replace their defective product. So, as it stands, I am out over $300.00 and do not have any recourse to recover my money or getting the Hearing Aids without paying an additional fee.

My hearing aids fell apart during normal use
The right nano cic rechargable hearing aid came apart while I was removing it from my ear. I shipped it back to Nano within the 45 day time period, but nano refuses to refund or replace the defective devise.
They say it is damaged during misuse.
A better word would be defective rather than damaged. It was not misused, but came apart during normal use.
User's recommendation: If you plan to buy nano hearing aids be aware that they are cheap, shoddy construction, and that nano does not stand by their 45 day guarantee.

I received wrong size tube for my rx2000 nano hearing aid. The hearing aid tubes are too small and won't screw into my heraring aid.
Please correct this. I am needing this quickly, please.
Buyer Beware......Crooked Company
Do not do business with these people. They sell an inferior product that falls apart after very few uses.
They use an inferior glue and after 2 or 3 times the glue separates and your hearing amplifiers are broke. They will not return your money because they say the warranty doesn't cover damages the customers made to their BS hearing amplifiers. These are not hearing aids. They are very shotty and have a high pitch squeal that almost blows your head off.
They are extremely uncomfortable and a total waste of money. This is one of those BUYER BEWARE Companies. They have hundreds of complaints logged with the BBB. I wished I would've done the research before I bought these worthless things.
Don't throw your money away like I did. If this helps one person then it's worth it.

Why not got to a licensed person to get fitted with a proper hearing aid? It seems like you were being cheap.
