I rate them( -1 star ). The company is a rip-off for people and especially SENIORS. I read the BBB reviews after being ripped off for 599. I have seen the same complaint I have after returning the hearing aids. They tell you your hearing aids were damaged, and you get no refund ( They got damaged at the warehouse). They stated a 45-day guarantee they would return your money. I returned them on 4/11/23. They received them on 4/17, and they sent an email return ok. I called on 5/12 because I never got my money back. NOW the WAREHOUSE CLAIMS MERCHANDISE DAMAGED. THEY have PICTURES. ? Really Too late; manager FRANK ALVARADO can't do anything. He is part of the scam. LIARS, THE SCAM IS AT THE WAREHOUSE. They are quick to send them out. You don't know if they are damaged or not. When you return them, the claim is destroyed. I saw the same claim from a person on BBB on 1/13/23 when I put in one on 5/12/23. I called Georgia Attorney General's Office to put in my complaint to have them investigated. Vermont Attorney General Sues them. 2023 I called to be a part of that one too. They Must be stopped if you return them, take your pictures because they are liars and scammers I purchased and paid thur affrim I tried to upload they did not accept the files User's recommendation: don't buy

Poor Quality Hearing Aids, No Refund!

I bought a pair of Nano hearing aids on February 7th, 2023, when I received them, they both produced a loud screeching sound that was very annoying. I called customer service and they sent a replacement set. Again, I experienced the same screeching sound from both hearing aids. I called Nano customer service again and told them I am having the same problem as the first set and that I wanted a refund. They offered me in their words, a much better set of hearing aids that is digital not analog and would eliminate the screeching noise completely. The new set would only cost me an additional $100.00. I should have not trusted them as the pair of "digital" hearing aids looked exactly like the two sets they previously sent me which did not work. When I tried the digital set, the screeching noise was there, but not as pronounced as the other two sets. I called Nano customer service again and returned all three sets, which they made me pay for. A week later I called to find out the status of my refund, they said that there were not going to give me my refund because one hearing aids was missing from the pair. I was shocked, I made sure that each hearing aid holder contained two hearing aids. I complained to no end, so they asked me if I took a picture to prove that. I said no, why would I want to keep one of two hearing aids that did not work. They said that they were not going to give me a refund. It has now been 4 months. User's recommendation: I would not recommend these hearing aids to any one!

I'm not able to get them to do anything. Button is too small and can't get it to do what it is supposed to. I just need a refund.

No refund after a month

I have returned the aids to your Las Vegas, Nevada office. They were paid for with debit card you got the money that day. I do NOT want another aid I just want my refund. Thank you I paid with debit card and my card says C, Bruce Helling which should be easy to track.
