Nano Hearing Aids

Nano has refused to refund for our first purchase which was a poor product. I upgraded to their best one, but still no RMA for the first unit they are steering our money!!

Never answers the phone. Never!! They owe me over $1050.00 at this point. No.

RMA. They do not seem to care at all!!!

It was delivered 9/24/2025 to1674 Mojaves rd,suit110 Las Vegas,nw 89104.it seems you lost it.i am losing old battery hearing aid.please find it fix and send it back to me. Thank you

Hearing aids are terrible, make a loud whistling sound. I sent them back, did all I had to do to get a refund. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't received my refund yet.

Sent back two phones for refund.

They claimed it would take a maximum of 45 days. Its over 3 months and they keep responding that it is being processed.

Have sent them over 20 e mails and its the same idéntical response each time.

I believe that this is a scam as their response tales 15 esconda no matter what time of the day it iisDAY OR NIGHT. Amount is $297.00

The Nano hearing aids do not function properly. The battery do not last as stated and one of them do do hold a charge and is inoperable.

Sent another pair in oct 23 which worked and I bought 3 yr warranty.. now cant get a hold of them, a scam.

I purchased the hearing aids for my husband, and they didn't fit properly. Their refund policy required me to request an RMA before returning them. I have sent 3 emails to them requesting an RMA, and I received an auto response back saying that they have an increase in calls and they will call me back in the near future to give me the RMA.

I continue to receive their marketing emails with a suggestion to purchase another hearing aid, but no response concerning an RMA.

Loss - $347.00

Cannot get a refund. I returned the product on June 15th and have not received a refund. I cannot get anyone on the phone.

I received these hearing aides on 7/28/25. Order #693289!

They do not work. I have been trying to reach customer service and have not been able to connect with a live person. I sent an email to returns@***.com and received a return message stating the email is undeliverable.

I then emailed refunds@***.com and received the same message. I have 45 days to return this product and have not been able to contact this company!

Returned hearing aids June 15th. Still have not refunded my money..

cannot get anyone to talk to. Worst company I have ever seen.

Purchased but didn't use, returned with tracking number. Received but nothing from Nano.

Super frustrated with no customer service. All phone numbers we've tried do not connect.

I purchased these hearing aids and they did not fit my ear. Ive sent them back.

I have been two months trying to get a refund so now I have contacted the lawyer and Im going to get my refund. These people are crooks absolute 100% crooks.

My charger isn't charging my hearing aids! They worked fine at first; now they don't work at all!

I cleaned all the contacts, and after I snap them in, the arrows flash. The case says 100, but they are dead.

Please send me a new charger! Thanks, SPB
