The Nano hearing aids do not function properly. The battery do not last as stated and one of them do do hold a charge and is inoperable.

I ordered them. They've never arrived. I've just ordered from another company. I felt like one of those victims by foreign scammers, scamming elderly out of their money. I paid immediately no prod

Horrible scammers. Take advantage of the elderly be aware I never received any ear aids.

Now I'm being forced to complete 100 symbols of words in order to submit my complaint. They promised to call me back ,they have not.

I ordered a set of hearing aids, received them, but didn't like them. In September I called to return them, which was before the deadline to return.

The rep tried to do some troubleshooting for me, but also talked me into ordering a more advanced set and extended my return for the first set. I reluctantly went ahead and ordered the 2nd set because she was very aggressive with her sales pitch. Nice, but aggressive. At that time in my life, I was going through a divorce, having to sell my house that I loved, pack up my whole house by myself, move to a house I'm not crazy about and unpack everything.

So, returning these sets were not in the forefront of my mind. But, i knew i was going to have to return them when i ordered them. So, i called on December 21st, knowing that this date was way past the deadline, but i thought that maybe the company would give me a break and make an exception, when i explained the depression, anxiety and mental trauma i had been going through. I was not given any empathy whatsoever...

sure the rep (Madison) said that she's sorry this has happened and sorry for the inconvenience, but there's nothing we can do. I asked to speak with someone else several times, but for whatever reason, she never let me. She would tell me she spoke with someone else and they said the same thing, that i cannot return the sets. I begged, pleaded and cried to her wanted her to make an exception in this case.

i was on the phone for several minutes begging her...still she did not budge. She had empathy at all. Just to get me off the phone, she said she will talk with someone and will send me an e/m. Before we hung up, she asked if there's anything else she could do for me, and i said to just please, please do your best for me.

I am down to one income from two and i need the money. We hung up and a few minutes later, i was the e/m telling me there's nothing the company can do. It probably took her those few minutes to type the whole e/m she sent, which makes me think she didn't talk to anyone about my issue.
I completely understand this was ultimately my fault, but i had, and am still having, major life changes that have caused some mental instability, so i was just hoping that this company would help me out. Even a partial refund would be better than an outright NO.

I get it's your policy, but a person, a human being, made that policy and can also make an exception. It's not like your going to go bankrupt over this return/refund. I spent $378 for two sets that i will never use. The second set is still in the box...

i never even opened it. That kind of money is huge for me right now. I'm just in such dismay that i'm being treated so poorly. I hope no one has to go through what i'm going through right now, but if they do, and they truly need somebody's help, i certainly hope they get it and they don't get treated like i was.

She was very nice, but she let me know that there's no way she can help me.
I will not EVER recommend ordering from this company again!!

The product sucks and the customer service is very pushy and aggressive...they're very nice and sweet, but they will get you...trust me... they will get you!!!

Simply asked for a larger ear dome for the hearing aid as the ones sent with the product were all too small and I could not use the hearing aid as all I got was "feedback". I tried numerous times over a couple month period and they NEVER worked. Michelle the "customer service rep" said the product is only warranted for 45 days so they would not send me larger dooms and would not refund my payment and the only thing she could do is send me the same set of domes (that don't work) at a cost of $19 plus shipping. What a total joke this company is and I will be sure to tell EVERONE I can that this company and product STINK
