I sent my hearing aid to be repaired and they said they are discontinued so I would have to buy new ones. Im on social security low income cant afford to buy new one so I asked them to send mine back I paid 465.00 and they told me not happening.
Thats theft of my property. I want to talk to the top person my # 435459****

I have returned the aids to your Las Vegas, Nevada office. They were paid for with debit card you got the money that day.
I do NOT want another aid I just
want my refund. Thank you I paid with debit card and my card says C, Bruce Helling which should be easy to track.

I am very disappointed in this "small family owned" company, Nano Heading Aids. I bought these hearing aids for my mother for Christmas.
I am a single mother so I ordered them early to have them paid off by Christmas because that's how I have to buy presents. I spoke with the return department and was told these hearing aids were meant for minimal hearing loss... which is NOT stated on the website when I was purchasing them. My mother apparently has moderate to severe hearing loss.
I was told after I bought them in the agreement it is stated it is for minimal hearing loss which I definitely did not see that either. These hearing aids are causing her ear pain, headaches, a loud buzzing noise when she stands up or turns her head, and she still cannot hear the tv because it picks up all background noise. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with this company. I wanted a refund and all I got was a run around.
I had to call the company twice because no one ever got back to me the first time. Such a scam company.

DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT!!! It fell apart in my ear when removing it.
The "support" team said it was due to customer damage and wanted me to pay another $80 to have it repaired. Why would I do that, when it will just fall apart again. There is only one way to remove it and that is by pulling the tab which is there for that very purpose.
If it isn't snug it your ear it will squeak. This is an awful product.

Did my return with everything Nano required, there return authorisation and every got the email they recieved my return and all was fine they would send me an email when refund was processed it been 3 weeks they tell me it has been processed back to my credit card I tell them its no there then they say they will check again and say it in the process No Refund Just the run around

How do I proceed from here?

I called in to get the return instructions. The rude man said I was out of my 45 day warranty.
I had called in within my 45 days and I explained I wanted to return them. They asked me the problem so I explained the issues my husband was having. They offered several different ideas which we did. Nothing is helping.
He said the device does not go inside his ear far enough. I had called several times from work and was on hold for more than 10 mins so I had to hang up because I was at work. Today was the first chance I had to stay on hold from home.
I want to return item and have my credit card reimbursed. Thanks, Lisa

Received CIC hearing aids 2 days ago and when we opened case the aid fell apart. Contacted company and they said it would cost $49 to repair and they wanted me to return item at my own cost! When I called customer service with no help I asked to speak with supervisor they said they dont have access to their numbers
Terrible Company!

Multiple calls to request refund after items sent back in perfect condition. I ALWAYS get a customer service rep from India that does not speak fluently and they say the SAME thing every time.
Your money is being processed, no manager is available, theyll call you back, I only have ten minutes cue time to help you.
NO solution, no service, I am wondering if I will get my $900 back. My next step is to contact BBB.

Rcvd sigma+ aids, appear to work ok.
when trying Bluetooth scan, always see 'no devise is found'.
Smartphone does work on other Bluetooth devises (watch).
Can watch and hearing aid coexist and function?
Refused refund
Before I ordered I was told the hearing aids would help with my hearing problems and if I was unhappy they would gladly refund my money. They lied.
When I called to return the hearing aids, the first person I talked to told me I was a liar when I said they did not help. I called back two more times and finally the person told me how to send them back. I asked about my refund and got one answer, then called back again after I had not heard anything and I got another answer, after that I called back a third time a got an email with another answer about my refund. When it did not appear, I called, and they told me they would check on it.
Later I got an email that the hearing aids were damaged and refused my refund. I called and asked what was damaged, and they would never tell me. Several times I tried to get them to call me and was told they did not do that. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Nano then emailed me offering a free replacement set. I did not answer.
