TERRIBLE SERVICE AND LIES

I PURCHASED MY NANO HEARING AIDS AND TOOK THE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE WHICH WAS ABOUT $56 MORE. I HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS AND HAD TO SEND THEM BACK AND THEY WERE REPLACED WITH A NEW VERSION WHICH I THOUGHT WAS GREAT. THEIR NEW MANUALS DON'T HAVE NUMBERED PAGES AND THE EAR BUDS WERE ALL THE SAME SIZE BUT I CALLED THEM AND THEY SENT OUT THE DIFFERENT SIZES.. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE IF YOU ASK FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT. TODAY I LOST ONE. I TOOK THE INSURANCE AND TOLD THEM I HAD THE REPLACEMENT INSURANCE. I WAS INFORMED THAT I HAD TO PAY 30% OF THE PRICE OF A NEW ONE \. WHAT A STUPID BUNCH OF CROOKS WHO ARE GOING TO FIND WHAT THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL IS GOING TO DO TO THEM AND THEIR COMPANY.

I have had nothing but problems with these hearing AMPIFIERS. They are not hearing aids. I complained about several different problems with them and got nowhere.

It started out that they didn't stay charged long. Had to drain them completely and charge them for 8 hours.. Then one stopped working and they told me to send it back . Weeks later I received it and it was the wrong side. Send it back again. I had several emails and chats with that company and got no where. Then one fin ally stopped working. I called them and they said my warranty period was over, even though I complained about them from the start. I got really feed up with them and went and got tested from Miricale Ear. Now I have hearing aids that DO WORK WELL. Nano was a waste of my $800.00. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Finally, I received my replacement a week and a half ago! I will never do business with this company again.

Only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that I received a response from them asking me not to take any further action and they would fix the problem. So I finally i received my replacement about 10 days ago after waiting over 3 months for a response.

I want to check on the defective hearing aid I returned for a replacement. I checked the tracking number and it shows that it was received by you guys on 10/20/21. I want to know what the procedure is for sending me a new hearing aid. I have been fighting tooth and nail to get a replacement. This has been going on for over 3 months. I just want to know how long it will take to send me a new hearing aid.

After filing a new complaint everyday with different websites the company finally contacted me back and processed the additional refund. This company does have two different names registered also, so I filed complaints under both company names until they did my refund.

After all is said and done it took 4 months and 15 formal complaints, and contacting the BBB and Federal Trade Commission, sad that it took everything that it did just to have the company take appropriate action. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone and still feel they need to be investigated.

Still have not received my refund

I purchased a set of Nano hearing aids order which included hearing aids which came with a 6-month supply of batteries, and I purchase an extra 1yrs worth of batteries. The company advertising says money-back guarantee, for any reason. They do make you try them for an initial trial period, which we did and could not make them work for my husband. I called to process the return to them, they said I had to pay a $9.00 return shipping fee- not happy, but I paid. I asked what the process was they told me to package everything as it came included. I asked about the extra boxes of batteries I purchased, and they told me to include the unopened extra boxes, so I could get a full refund on my order. Furthermore, I packaged, took photos, and mailed everything out. They received my return on December 2, 2020. I contacted them after 30 days (the beginning of January 2020) on the phone, and they asked me to email the returns center about the refund, so I email the returns center, and they said it could take up to 45 days, but it has been submitted. After 45 days (January 16, 2020) I emailed back, and they said it was still being processed, yet no word. I called the customer service line again, and they said you have to put pressure on the returns department so to email them directly again. I then email the returns center again, and they said it was still being processed. After several months, phone calls, and emails to the return center on February 4th, 2021, I sent an email statement saying that I would be contacting the BBB and the Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission about their refund policies and practices. It is now Feb 9th, 2021, and I have contacted the company several times via the phone and email. Finally, they contacted me back and said they switched payment processors and asked for my bank account to do a refund. It ended up they gave me a partial refund excluding the amount I paid for additional batteries. I called and talked to customer service again, and they said that is not correct, Nano should have given you the full amount which would include the batteries and asked me to send them the photos of the unopened batteries that I shipped back and to email the returns center again. Which I did today again, and they are now trying to say they will not refund me the correct amount, and sending me a link of sketchy return policies. The returns department says they will not give me my money back on the unopened batteries I sent back. Yet the sales department who process the initial returns, sending you the label and so forth tell you that you have to send the batteries to get a full refund. So they keep peoples product and their money? It is their employees who told me to send the unopened batteries and continue to say I should be refunded for them, yet the returns department has a huge list of non-refundable link, including pretty unreasonable terms such as; not refunding tax when you return the product, not refunding a warranty paid for even if you return the product in the free trial period, not refunding for additional batteries- even though they tell you to send them back, or you will not get a full refund. Definitely issues for the Federal Trade Commission, which I did file a report with. It took months of emails and phone calls to even get a partial refund on my order. So now I have the hearing aids refunded, but I have no batteries and no refund for what I spent on them. I followed what the company told me to do exactly, so it seems they are outright stealing from people.

I have email back and fourth with you already many times, you are the one who only processed the partial refund on my order 256237 and you already told me that you are not going to refund me for the batteries that I was told I had to return ( by your employees) with the order to get a full refund. So now you have the unopened extra 1 yr supply of batteries that I mailed back to you and my money..unethical to say the least...(The order is in my husbands name)

Customer Service is Awful

Returned a defective hearing aid, paid $10 for the shipping label they sent me, and waited over 3 months for a replacement. I had to call again to get things moving. Finally I received a replacement - opened the box to a non-working hearing aid. Would not turn on nor charge. I contacted customer service immediately and was told to send it back so they could check it out. And pay for the return shipping -- That is not gonna happen. Can't find a single person to talk to that isn't reading out of a book. Not one single manager or person in charge. I am not sure where this is going but I am not paying again for their faulty hearing aids. BBB maybe, I don't know but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I returned the hearing aids after trying them out, after returning to the the company, they told me about a return policy. At no time was it mentioned during the purchase process, now theyre was to charge me a 20 percent fee for returning them!! Save your money they ( the hearing aids) arent worth the time or money!!

X2R for riight ear stopped working in June

Nano Hearing Aids Failure to honor Warranty and Holding my X2R for almost 90 days I purchased and received Nano Hearing Aids X2R on November 4, 2020. It worked well and its noise cancellation functioned well for its size, utilizing sounds from its rear microphone to filter out noise from sounds picked up by front microphone. X2R for right ear (X2R-r) suddenly stopped working on June 29, 2021. Both front and rear microphones did not pick up sounds at all while all other functions seemed to be working. I suspected that the sound input circuit from both microphones failed to operate properly. On July 5 of 2021, X2R was sent back to Nanos warehouse in NV using a shipping label provided by Nanos customer service. In the middle of August of 2021, I started contacting Customer Service of Nano Hearing Aids to find out the status of my X2R and when it would be returned. To my great surprise, Customer Service Agent of Nano Hearing Aids responded me that the return process was in hold since I had not paid $63.60 ($49.00 of examining/repairing fee, $9.95 of shipping fee and $4.65 tax). I could hardly believe to hear that Nano Hearing Aids tried to charge me $63.60 while my X2R was under one year warranty. With repeated exchanges of e-mails with the customer service agents, Nano Hearing Aids finally agreed to waive these charges and my X2R was returned on August 13, 2021 (just about 40 days from the date of July 5, 2021, return shipment). On August 14 of 2021, I turned on both X2R after fully charged. I quickly noticed that the sound from X2R for left ear (X2R-l) was better and clearer than the sound from X2R-r. When I covered rear microphone of X2R-r with finger, nothing happened. With X2R-l, it became louder with no noise cancellation. It was obvious that the repair job of X2R-r by Nano Hearing Aids was incomplete and improper, and noise cancellation of X2R-r was not functional at all. On August 15, 2021, I contacted Customer Service of Nano Hearing Aids and reported the problem. Customer Service issued a shipping label, and I sent back X2R-r in an original box on August 17, 2021. I started asking about the status of my X2R-r in early September. Customer Service notified me on September 9, 2021, that Nano Hearing Aids found no fault with my X2R-r and told me to pay $63.60 since Nano Hearing Aids warranty covers only one repair and the second examination/repair job was not covered by the warranty. X2R-r was sent back on August 17, 2021, since the first repair job did not correct the function of the rear microphone and noise cancellation of the hearing aid. The second repair was caused by the incomplete and improper repair in July and August, and it should be considered as the extension of the first repair job. Furthermore, warranty should cover as many corrections as needed until customers satisfaction is gained. Also, it should be free under warranty, as long as such defects are not due to customers misuses or unlawful alteration. Nano Hearing Aids is still holding my X2R-r as of October 4, 2021 (48 days.) In total, my X2R has been held by Nano Hearing Aids for 88 days on October 4, 2021. I strongly urge Nano Hearing Aids to return my X2R-r and there should be no charges at all under valid warranty.
