Purchased the CIC (in canal) hearing aid 3/22/22. Told them aids were too big.
NANO said they had a smaller version. I agreed paying to send the first pair back.
4/8 NANO called stating the return item was damaged, however picture sent of the "damaged" pair was not even mine. They will not refund.

Nano refuses to refund my money ! They sold me defective hearing aids - probably not unusual for them - there are over 1200 complaints on BBB site - I still want my money back !!!!
sent them dozens and dozens of emails- dozens of phone calls- NOTHING- all they say is 'you are out of the refund timeframe" well if the hearing aids do not work- MAKE an exception !!! read all the reviews- check the BBB- over 1200 complaintswhy are they in business ???
