Bought RX2000 hearing aid and received defective charger. Unused and never electrically charge. Has to pay for quality inspection/ repair/replacement/exchange. Also ordered and delivered CIC hearing aid but non functional. Poor quality inspection prior to delivery.

Customer Service useless! I was told there's no warranty on my hearing aides and there was no supervisor to talk to. Amazing incompetence and lack of compassion. I'm sorry I bought them. I think I'll call the ADA. I'm disgusted!

I am trying to get a hold of someone but got a busy signal. I need my left ear hearing aid to be fixed. I am finally getting used to it and it stopped working. If someone could call me I would appreciate it.

Left hearing aid did not work out of box. Sent back at my expense. Replacement does not work out of the box! Sent back. Told send back was damaged by me send $49 to get replacement. Nano claims damaged unit as destroyed by Nano and can't be sent back to me. Damaged unit required by me to collect postal insurance.

Charger port broke and they made me pay for a new one. Cost as much as probably could get new ones. I also asked for another left hearing aid and they never answered my question at all.

Failed To Refund Money

Purchased the CIC (in canal) hearing aid 3/22/22. Told them aids were too big.

NANO said they had a smaller version. I agreed paying to send the first pair back.

4/8 NANO called stating the return item was damaged, however picture sent of the "damaged" pair was not even mine. They will not refund.

400794 is the number. Here’s another question: why is it considered “damaged” when I had the hearing aids for a mere day or two.

I followed the instructions which accompanied the product and yet they are considered “damage”. Is your product so flimsy that it can be “damaged” so easily. I’m not even sure what the “damage” is. I sent them back specifically because they were too big for my ears and that your company had a smaller version and agreed to send my way.

Nano refuses to refund my money ! They sold me defective hearing aids - probably not unusual for them - there are over 1200 complaints on BBB site - I still want my money back !!!!

sent them dozens and dozens of emails- dozens of phone calls- NOTHING- all they say is 'you are out of the refund timeframe" well if the hearing aids do not work- MAKE an exception !!! read all the reviews- check the BBB- over 1200 complaintswhy are they in business ???

Nano sells defective products- My husband spent hundreds of dollars and had 4 replacements- Nano would NOT refund and said all they would do is charge him to 'repair" - Repair a brand new product- The tubes fell out- feedback and one stopped working completely !! Nano never has a human being take a phone call and NEVER is a manager or supervisor working !! AVOID NANO- would love to get our money back- that is the least they could do !

I have sent you dozens and dozens of emails with all the order information- your customer service is horrible and your hearing aids are even worse- You sold us DEFECTIVE aids- they do not work- we have literally BEGGED for you to return our money- you refused- You have been reported to the BBB and I read over 1200 complaints already posted on there! Clearly there is a problem with your company, its "policies" and your products or you would not have THOUSANDS of complaints. I want a refund of my money- that is the least you can do !!

You have all our information- we have called you dozens of times and sent almost 100 emails/ you do not say anything except a robotic answer/ you never address the real issue of you selling us defective hearing aids and not standing by your product.
